White’s Marina is proud to announce that we are a recipient of the annual 2018 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction (CSI) Dealer Award.  This award is presented to dealerships that provided excellence in customer service for the areas of sales and/or service in the year 2018.22018 CSI Dealer Service Award

The Marine Industry CSI Dealer Award honors dealerships that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer.  White’s Marina is being awarded because we have effectively met the needs of our customers and provided them with superior service.

The Award is derived from the feedback of our customers as part of the overall Marine Industry CSI Program.  In 2018, nationally, over 155,000 boat owners were surveyed, with nearly 44,0000 responding, so we display our achievement proudly.

We look forward to another year of continued dedication to our customers and commitment to enhancing the boating lifestyle.
